Work flow :

When the robot palletizer in the 25 - kilogram compound fertilizer bagging factory is working, first, the conveyor line continuously transports the packaged 25 - kilogram compound fertilizer bags to the designated position. After the photoelectric sensor accurately detects that the bags are in place, it transmits the signal to the control system. Then, according to the preset program, the robot quickly and stably grabs the compound fertilizer bags through the end - effector (such as a vacuum suction cup or a mechanical gripper). Subsequently, the robot moves the compound fertilizer bags above the pallet along the planned path and accurately places them in the corresponding positions on the pallet according to the set stacking patterns (such as staggered stacking, row - column stacking, etc.). When one layer is stacked, the pallet automatically descends a certain height to make room for the next layer of stacking. This process repeats until the entire palletizing operation of the pallet is completed. Finally, a forklift transports the fully - stacked compound fertilizer pallet away, starting a new round of the palletizing process, efficiently achieving the automated palletizing of compound fertilizer bags and greatly improving production efficiency.
