The column type barrel palletizing robot uses a vacuum suction gripper, which is suitable for stacking objects sucked by suction cups. The working principle of this equipment is the same as that of the gripper used for stacking bags and boxes.

The packaged materials are transported to the designated stacking area by the conveyor and positioned. The column palletizing robot uses the coordinated movement of each axis to move the clamp accurately to the top of the material. After receiving the material positioning signal, the servo motor drives the clamp to move downward along the Z axis, and stops descending when it reaches the preset clamping height. The clamp performs the clamping action to grab the material. Then the Z-axis servo motor runs in the opposite direction to lift the clamp to a safe height. According to the program pre-set by the customer, the robot transports the material to the top of the stacking position, controls the Z axis to descend so that the material reaches the designated placement point, and then the clamp is released to complete the stacking of a single batch of materials. Repeat the above process until the entire pallet of materials is stacked, and the buzzer sounds an alarm to indicate that the stacking operation is completed. Finally, the pallet that has been stacked is transported away by a forklift. After replacing the new pallet, the system automatically enters the next cycle of operation.
